Love the Jericho name plate gag and the Rock answers in kind. Plus Heyman and Ross on commentary are phenomenal. Great selling by the Dudley's, and I love the orchestration of the People's elbow and the Jericho dropkick from the top rope on the Rock by accident. Plus the Rock Bottom finish is perfect. Wish I had been watching at this time.

So I've been a supporter and fan of Headlocked for sometime now . I absolutely love this book and the ongoing story it is telling. They have a new kickstarter that needs your help . I supported their last kickstarter and got drawn into the book as a camera man. This time around I can't shell out the big bucks and get drawn in. I'm only an autograph seeker this time. However, what I can do is urge you to support this amazing comic that is inspiring, entertaining, heart wrenching, and fun as hell. The story is filled with drama, humor, intrigue, mystery, and gritty realness. It's everything you could want as a wrestling fan or comics fan. I supported it and you can too.

This is a new segment at the Vundablog. It's a chance to share some great clips and interviews with some of my favorite filmmakers. So let us bask in the wisdom of the man whose film bears the name of the Holiday we celebrate this month, Halloween. I love John Carpenter he's directed Kurt Russell (my favorite actor) in some of his most memorable and iconic films. He has a filmography that rivals anyone in the business Prince of Darkness, They Live, The Thing, Halloween, Escape from New York and LA, Vampires, the Ward, and The Fog to name a few of his best. He's also the director behind one of my all time favorite films Big Trouble in Little China. We will be thinking about him and the other horror masters all month long on Filmmaker Fandom Friday.

This weeks Vundacast is for all you smodophiles , all you Kevin Smith fans, and all you horror fans. Stephen and Danielle do an episode of Midnight MOVIE Matinee (our movie review show) where we talk about the incredible podcast tale of Tusk . We breakdown the many highs and debatable lows of the newest Kevin Smith film Tusk. We ask the tough questions like why did Kenny Rogers roaster die? and who derailed our podcast? We also do lots of silly voices and go off on random tangents about Heaven is Real movie, Steve Austin's podcast, Boston Market, Sean William Scott and Paul Walker, and the best usage of Jay and Silent Bob to name but a few of our digressions. We recommend if you are a horror fan able to see Tusk in a theater you do so quickly while it's still in theaters, as this film needs your support.
